We Are Hiring Collection Executive - ( Unsecured Loan) In Vadodara.

Job Title: Collection Executive

Responsibilities:

Contact customers through phone calls, emails, or visits to collect pending payments.

Follow up regularly with defaulters to ensure timely recovery.

Maintain updated records of interactions, payments, and follow-ups.

Explain repayment terms and assist customers in setting up payment plans.

Escalate complex or non-responsive cases to senior management or legal team.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly collection targets.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational collection practices.

Provide daily/weekly reports on collection status to the reporting manager.

Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive financial situations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and disputes.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

1–3 years of experience in collections (preferably in financial services).

Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
