Prepare every month mould and machine maintenance and cross check it.

Troubleshooting during break down.

Check process setting and improve the productivity.

Current mould trial and its process setting.

Robot programming as per product.

Printing process setting and commissioning.

Schedule check-up/calibration of alarm & interlock system record maintain.

-
Maintain stock of plastic rm.

-
As per planning maintain printing foils / packing materials/packing assembly for smooth despatch.

-
Pre-planned to maintain plastic container/drums/lids/caps/locks.

-
Maintain all types of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic spare parts to save down time.

-
All types of quality testing such as colour variation, drop test, fitment test,



mfi test, wall thickness test etc.

Solve all breakdown of equipment and mould also.

-
Maintain input and output ratio for cost saving.

-
Input raw material unloading and instruct to prepare batch wise.

-
Coordinating with ho. And management for productivity, dispatch, export planning etc.

MIS report, work/operation in line with sop, training on soft floor.

Maintain departmental inventory within norms.

Maintain harmonious relationship with workman, subordinates.

OT reduction by proper sanction of leave

Maintain goods inter departmental relations.
