Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation across formats and audiences. Working knowledge of change management models Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar platforms. Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus. Develop compelling, audience-specific content across multiple channels (e.g., presentations, newsletters, videos, FAQs, emails, intranet posts). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Project Management, IT, HR, Business Units) to shape explicit, resonant messaging. Track, analyze, and report on communication outcomes using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact. Design and execute change communication strategies that align with transformation goals and organizational objectives.
