Role overview & Key responsibilities:

- Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities from corporates, foundations, and government schemes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential CSR partners.

- Lead the proposal development, submission, and follow-up process for fundraising opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Impact & Operations team to prepare impact reports, ROI analyses, and success stories for partners.

- Strategically plan and execute fundraising campaigns aligned with organizational goals.

- Track donor engagement metrics and partnership KPIs to optimize strategies.

- Represent PadCare Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

- Stay updated on CSR policy trends, legal compliance, and best practices in fundraising.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnership management, or development sector.

- A strong network in corporate CSR, foundations, or grant-making organizations is a plus.

- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data, measure impact, and communicate results effectively.

- Passionate about women’s health, sustainability, and social impact.

- CRM Tools – HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo / Lusha – For lead sourcing and outreach





- Google Workspace – Sheets, Docs, Slides for tracking and documentation

- Email Campaign Tools – Mailchimp, Lemlist (preferred but not mandatory)

- Familiarity with sustainability portals like IndiaCSR, CSRBox is an added advantage
