Role: Creative Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Commercial Spaces

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and design of high-end Show Suites and Sales Galleries.
- Design functional, visually impactful Common Areas such as clubs, lounges, and lobbies.
- Manage the end-to-end interior design process, including space planning, detailing, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients from concept development to final execution.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- A solid portfolio showcasing work in luxury residential or commercial design, with emphasis on experiential spaces.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience working on the developer side is mandatory.
- Proven skills in project management, vendor coordination, and client interaction.
