We’re seeking a Graphic Designer / Video Editor to produce scroll-stopping ad creatives and videos that blend human design skill with AI-assisted generation. This person should translate raw ideas or prompts into high-performing visuals that align with brand tone and marketing strategy.

1. Creative Design (Static + Motion)

- Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube campaigns.

- Design social posts, thumbnails, and banners with brand consistency.

- Understand marketing psychology — focus, contrast, color hierarchy, and clarity.

- Maintain clean design systems — consistent typography, spacing, and tone across platforms.

2. AI-Powered Image Generation

- Use Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, or Firefly to generate base visuals.

- Write detailed prompts (style, lighting, composition, emotion) to produce unique outputs.

- Refine AI-generated results in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma — no raw AI images.

- Experiment with AI upscalers, background removers, and style transfer tools.

3. Intermediate-Level Video Editing

- Edit short-form ad videos, reels,



and YouTube shorts.

- Use Premiere Pro, or CapCut Pro for smooth, skilled transitions.

- Add subtitles, motion graphics, and hooks in the first 3 seconds for scroll retention.

- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short cuts optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

- Sync visuals to audio and story rhythm (timing = critical).

4. Collaboration + Marketing Awareness

- Work with media buyers and brand managers to understand ad objectives before designing.

- Analyze performance data to iterate on what creatives convert best.

- Maintain a creative library and naming system for easy reuse and testing.
