looking for Certified CS with membership number Having minimum
experience of 2+ years for working with mid -size organizations
having multiple companies and Directors.

- ROC compliance
knowledge

- Excellent English
communication skills both oral and written

- Flexible,
Detail -oriented, able to multi -task & deliver within
timelines


Key
Responsibilities

- Responsible for all
company secretarial functions

- Familiar with all
official Government websites

- Liaising with
external regulators, solicitors and auditors.

- Annual Filing &
Returns of various E - Forms with ROC as per Companies Act,
2013

- Updating, Verifying,
& Checking statutory registers as per Company Act

- Conversant with the
procedure to be followed by the Company for Incorporation,




Alteration in MOA/AOA, change in name, etc

- Handling audit
requirements

- Preparation of Notices, various documents & reports

- Drafting and/ or
performing the review of all types of Agreements

- Research oriented and
maintaining updates on the various Law on the day -to -day
basis
