- CA/MBA (Finance)
or equivalent degree preferred.
- 12 -15 years of
experience in finance and accounts, with a strong background in manufacturing.
- In -depth
knowledge of costing, imports and exports, financial management, and audits.
- Proven experience
in handling GST, TDS, income tax, and finalization of accounts.
- Solid
leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to drive
financial strategies and contribute to operational efficiency.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and
manage all financial operations, including accounting, costing, and financial
reporting.
- Supervise imports
and exports processes, ensuring compliance with international trade
regulations.
- Manage company
audits and ensure adherence to statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare and
analyze MIS reports for decision -making and present financial results to the
leadership team.
- Lead the
finalization of accounts and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance
with GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Provide strategic
financial insights and contribute to business planning and budgeting processes.
- Implement and
monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with
other departments to support overall company goals.
