In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

Archer Required experience:

Year of Experience: 2-4 Years

RSA Archer and GRC Implementation experience is must.
Dot Net development experience.
Archer developer roles and responsibilities including but not limited to:
Configuration demo decks/documented ‘Feature’ stories
Configure Archer solutions - Advanced Workflow, Access Roles, Notifications, Data Feed, Calculations, Data Driven Events, Mail Merge
User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”)
UAT sign-off
Go-Live checklist
Archer support playbook/runbook
Enhancement tracking
Training content, leveraging existing content, including updated materials for newly configured components
Well versed configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data Driven Events, Notifications, LDAP Configuration, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iView’s, Questionnaire, Reports, Mail Merge, Advanced Workflow, Packaging.

Ready to learn and work on recent GRC tools such as Audit Board, Logic Gate, On spring and Safe one.

Good to have: Experience in GRC tools such as Service now, Audit Board, Logic Gate, On spring and Safe one.
