We are looking for a visionary Business Head to lead and scale a Karur -based Home Textiles business with full ownership of P&L;, EBITDA, and strategic growth.



This is a high -impact leadership role for someone who can drive profitability, global expansion, and operational excellence in a competitive textile market ?



Key Responsibilities:




✔ Own end -to -end business operations & P&L; performance


✔ Drive revenue growth, EBITDA & margin improvement


✔ Lead domestic & international market expansion


✔ Strengthen customer relationships & global client base


✔ Drive product innovation & high -value product mix


✔ Optimize sourcing, supply chain & cost efficiency


✔ Ensure operational excellence, productivity & quality


✔ Lead technology adoption & process transformation


✔ Build and mentor high -performing leadership teams






Requirements
- Strong experience in Home Textiles / Karur Textile Industry

- Proven expertise in P&L; Management & EBITDA growth





- Deep knowledge of global textile markets & exports

- Expertise in sourcing, supply chain & vendor management

- Robust business strategy & market expansion skills

- Leadership experience managing large teams

- Excellent negotiation, communication & decision -making skills




Preferred Profile:


- 15+ years experience in home textiles / textile exports

- Proven track record in scaling business & profitability

- Experience handling domestic + international markets
