Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in the Loose Diamonds segment through market research, industry networks, and client outreach.
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with manufacturers, wholesalers, and international buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen the pipeline and drive conversions.
- Present product assortments, pricing structures, and inventory options aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Coordinate with sourcing, inventory,
and logistics teams for smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities within the Loose Diamonds industry.
- 4–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Diamond / Loose Diamonds industry.
- Strong experience in lead generation and B2B client handling.
- Good knowledge of diamond assortments and pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target -oriented with a proven sales track record.
