Looking for a Business Development professional to handle client relationships and drive sales in data centres, pharma, hospitals, and commercial projects for passive fire protection solutions
- Develop relationships with fire consultants, MEP firms, and developers
- Get products specified in large projects (data centres, IT parks, etc.)
- Identify current projects and manage sales pipeline
- Conduct technical presentations and client meetings
- Track projects from design stage to order conversion
- Lead and guide BD team
Requirements
- 3–5 years in fire protection / MEP / building services / data centre
- Strong network with consultants or MEP firms in Mumbai
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of fire safety standards & compliance (NBC, BS EN)
