We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation solutions for business-critical workflows. In this role, you will leverage LangChain, LangGraph, and large language models (LLMs) to build intelligent, scalable, and maintainable AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

This is a hands-on position ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge AI technologies, and collaborating across product, engineering, and data science teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development

Design, develop, and maintain automated AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Build robust AI-driven applications leveraging large language models (GPT, LLaMA, or similar).

Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing software systems and operational processes.

Optimization & Maintenance

Continuously optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and improve AI-driven applications to ensure smooth operation and minimal errors.

Implement best practices for model deployment, workflow orchestration, and AI system maintenance.

Collaboration & Solution Design

Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Participate in architectural discussions and provide recommendations for efficient AI system design.

Document AI workflows, methodologies,



and processes for team knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

Innovation & Learning

Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and related technologies.

Explore new AI automation possibilities and contribute ideas to enhance business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI roles.

Strong proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph for AI workflow automation.

Practical experience with large language models (GPT, LLaMA, or equivalent).

Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks and relevant APIs.

Ability to design scalable and effective AI solutions integrated with software ecosystems.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable AI workflows.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI workflow optimization, automation pipelines, or model deployment.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for hosting and orchestrating AI applications.

Understanding of data pipelines, preprocessing, and fine-tuning to improve model performance.

Exposure to building production-ready AI systems in a fast-paced environment.
