Collaborate with EHS business stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements. Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops and discussions to define current‑state and future‑state processes. Evaluate existing EHS processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Support the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization. Work within Agile / Scrum delivery models as part of cross‑functional project teams. Support system configuration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution. Assist with training materials and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
