About The Role
Technical Implementation Manager will support enterprise onboarding, implementation, and operational execution across strategic client accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation, smooth execution, and successful platform adoption. This role is suited for candidates who are detail-oriented,
execution-focused, and interested in working across customer success, operations, and implementation workflows within a fast-paced technology setting.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding Support
Assist in onboarding and implementation activities for enterprise clients.
Support rollout execution across commerce, omnichannel, logistics, and store operations workflows.
Coordinate implementation timelines, task tracking, and project updates.
Ensure implementation documentation and operational checklists are maintained accurately.
Support post-go-live activities and operational stabilization.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Operations, Support, and Engineering.
Coordinate with client stakeholders for implementation updates, issue resolution, and execution tracking.
