Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor at Hookaba will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of LED backpacks and related materials. This full-time, in office role in Noida includes coordinating workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. The supervisor will manage inventory levels, track stock movements,
and implement controls to prevent losses and stock discrepancies. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment and work areas, enforcing health and safety procedures, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to support timely order fulfillment. The role involves training and coaching warehouse staff, promoting continuous improvement, and contributing to operational process optimization.
