Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Axis Bank is a full time,



on-site position based in West Bengal, India. The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, providing tailored banking solutions, and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, cross-selling appropriate products (such as accounts, loans, cards, and investment solutions), and supporting customers with transactions and queries. The role also involves monitoring account activity and risk indicators, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve service issues promptly. Relationship Managers are expected to meet defined business and service targets, adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and represent the bank’s values in all customer interactions.
