Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor academic programs across assigned schools to ensure effective implementation.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with school principals, teachers, and internal academic teams.
Monitor teacher attendance, punctuality, classroom performance, lesson delivery, and overall academic effectiveness.
Ensure proper implementation of the prescribed curriculum, lesson plans, academic standards, and guidelines.
Coordinate teacher training programs, orientations, inductions, and academic workshops.
Track lesson completion, assessments, academic activities, and overall curriculum progress.
Collect feedback from schools and teachers, identify academic concerns, and coordinate timely resolution.
Conduct school visits and prepare academic, teacher performance, and school visit reports.
Support the onboarding and induction process of current teachers.
Ensure timely communication and implementation of academic instructions, updates, and guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with operations, HR, business development, trainers, and academic teams.




Coordinate with trainers to plan and schedule school visits, teacher training programs, and online academic sessions.
Provide regular updates to management regarding school performance, teacher performance, academic progress, and key concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of academic activities, teacher performance, visits, and training programs.
Ensure smooth, consistent, and effective academic operations across all assigned schools.
Prepare and submit end-of-day (EOD) updates to management, highlighting completed activities, key observations, pending tasks, and concerns.
