We're looking for a Motion Graphics Editor who can take long-form content, documentaries, brand films, YouTube series, explainer videos, or episodic content, and elevate it with polished motion design, seamless editing, and technically sound 2D/3D integration. This isn't a 15-second social cut role; you'll be responsible for sustaining visual quality, pacing, and narrative coherence across extended runtimes.

Selected Interns' Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Edit and assemble long-form video content (10+ minutes) with strong narrative pacing and structure
Design and animate motion graphics: lower thirds, title sequences, infographics, transitions, kinetic

typography

Build and composite 3D elements using Blender (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, straightforward

rigging/animation as needed)

Color grade and correct footage to maintain visual consistency across long timelines




Support sound design/mixing, syncing music, SFX, and dialogue levels
Collaborate with directors, scriptwriters, and producers to translate briefs into visual storytelling
Manage complex project files, version control, and render pipelines efficiently
Troubleshoot technical issues (codecs, frame rates, plugin conflicts, render errors)
Maintain brand consistency across templates and reusable motion assets
