Position - Talent Acquisition Executive (Tech, In-Office)

Overall/Total Experience: 1-3 years only

Location: Pune

Working Days: 5 Days Working from Office

Notice Period Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only (Should join in 7-10 days)

Client's Company Size: Startup/Small Enterprise

Roles & Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the client’s on-ground hiring team, managing end-to-end recruitment across functions like Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations, and playing a key role in scaling their teams fast and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.

Work on-site from the client’s office, collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.





Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain regular communication.

Share timely recruitment reports and dashboards with stakeholders.

Stay updated on market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.

Candidate Requirements

Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition focused-profile.

Must be available in 7 to 10 days to join from Office location in Pune (5 Days WFO).

Must have 1+ YOE in end-to-end recruitments in a Recruitment Agency / Early-stage startup, and hiring for Indian startups / Product clients only.

Must have strong experience in hiring for Product, Tech and Design roles.
