Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and researching potential B2B clients through online and offline channels.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, databases, references, and other digital channels.
Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.
Make introductory calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Assist in sending emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp messages, and other sales communications.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to identify suitable IT solutions.
Prepare and share company profiles, service details, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Update and maintain lead information, follow-up status,



and sales activities in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
Assist senior sales team members in managing the sales pipeline.
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and current business opportunities.
Support preparation of sales reports and performance tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and sales-related activities.
Work towards achieving assigned lead-generation and sales-support targets.
