Key Responsibilities

Sell Printer Subscription Plans to international customers.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from US-based customers.




Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable printer support and subscription packages.
Explain product features, subscription benefits, and pricing plans.
Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
Deliver exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.
Adhere to quality standards and company policies.

Required Skills
