About The Internship

This isn't a shadowing internship. You'll own live processes, sit in on real business conversations, and see the full employee lifecycle in six months — the kind of exposure that usually takes two years in a large HR team.

Best suited to an MBA/PGDM (HR) fresher who wants to learn HR business partnering by doing it, not by observing it.

What you'll actually do

HR operations & employee support Run onboarding, maintain employee documentation, manage lifecycle changes (confirmations, transfers, exits), and be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries.
Talent acquisition support Screen profiles, coordinate interviews across panels, keep candidates warm and informed, and own the hiring tracker.
Employee engagement Plan and execute engagement calendars, team events, and celebrations.
People data & reporting Build and maintain basic dashboards.

Who we're looking for

MBA/PGDM in HR — 2026 batch

Available full-time for 6 months starting immediately,



based in Gurgaon

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and quick to pick up recent tools

Clear, professional written and spoken communication — you'll be emailing candidates and senior leaders in the same hour

Discreet with confidential information, and organised enough to be trusted with a tracker nobody else checks

Prior HR internship experience is a plus, not a requirement
