Position: Transformation Project Manager

Position Reports to: Head of PMO – Global Operations

Role Summary
LifeStyles Healthcare is seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure, manufacturing, equipment, and environmental sustainability projects across its global manufacturing network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex capital projects involving plant infrastructure upgrades, machinery installation and commissioning, manufacturing expansion initiatives, environmental compliance projects, and operational transformation programmes.

This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and Global Project teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites and regions.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or other regulated manufacturing industries,



with a proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering and operational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure, equipment, and manufacturing transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality requirements, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives, regulatory standards, and operational requirements.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Infrastructure & Capital Projects
- Manage facility expansion, plant upgrades, utilities enhancement, and manufacturing infrastructure projects.
- Oversee installation, relocation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with engineering contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements throughout project
