Job Description
- Drive revenue growth for the water metering business with approximately 90% focus on water utility solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on municipal corporations, state government bodies, central government agencies, utilities, EPC contractors, and consultants.
- Expand the organisation's presence across India, particularly Delhi NCR and high-growth regions such as Uttar Pradesh.
- Build and manage a robust network of authorised channel partners, distributors, and market agents.
- Drive project sales opportunities within programmes such as water infrastructure modernisation,



smart city initiatives, and utility digitisation projects.
- Engage with municipal corporations, CPWD contractors, utilities, consultants, and PMC organisations involved in large-scale water management projects.
- Create opportunities across municipal water projects, private residential townships, gated communities, and water management applications.
- Manage long sales-cycle projects ranging from 12 to 24 months while maintaining a healthy business pipeline.
- Conduct value-based selling of smart metering solutions, positioning technology and analytics benefits over price-led discussions.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports.
- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, customer events, and government stakeholder meetings.
