Key Responsibilities:

* Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively counseling students on Digital

Marketing & Data Science courses.

/n

* Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions.

/n

* Maintain a strong understanding of course offerings, career perks, and industry

/n

trends.

/n

* Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure,

/n

fees, duration, and placement assistance.

/n

* Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

/n





* Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.

/n

Requirements:

/n

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

/n

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, or counseling (education sector

/n

preferred).

/n

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/admission targets.

/n

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

/n

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

/n

* Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.

/n

* Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Data Science is a plus.
