Role Summary

The Lead ID / Sr. ID serves as the instructional anchor for the project team, overseeing the quality and consistency of all instructional artifacts across multiple CTE clusters.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles, learning concepts, objectives, content chunking, and learning flow to create effective learning experiences.
- K-12 US Content Development: Write clear, simple, and learner-friendly content using age- and grade-appropriate language for middle school and high school learners in the U.S.
- Source Analysis:



Read and comprehend source content to identify key ideas and convert them into structured, meaningful learning experiences.
- Standards Alignment: Align content, activities, and storyboards to required state standards in the U.S.
- Storyboarding: Create detailed storyboards mapped to defined state standards with explicit directions for developers.
- Learning Deliverables: Design various learning elements, including micro-learnings, videos, simulations, scenarios, job aids, course guides, interactions, and learner activities.
- Workplace Scenarios: Build authentic workplace scenarios connecting concepts to real-life career and job situations.
- Learning Frameworks: Apply learning models such as 5E and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) within storyboards and designs.
- Assessments: Design assessments that check understanding and directly match learning objectives and standards.
- Accessibility: Follow accessibility best practices in storyboarding, including writin
