Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete administration function for the plant and township.
/n
- Manage administration of large industrial assets, office infrastructure, guest houses, residential colonies, and common facilities.
/n
- Oversee township management, including maintenance, housekeeping, horticulture, utilities, and employee welfare facilities.
/n
- Drive end-to-end facility management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
/n
- Manage security operations, access control, surveillance systems, and emergency preparedness.
/n
- Handle transportation and fleet management for employees and plant operations.
/n
- Lead vendor management, including vendor selection, contract management, service delivery, SLA monitoring, and cost optimization.
/n
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance related to administration, facility management, and contract workforce.
/n
- Manage annual administration budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
/n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Finance,



Operations, EHS, Procurement, and Project teams.
/n
- Supervise contract manpower deployed across administration functions.
/n
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
/n
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, infrastructure maintenance, and workplace safety across the plant and township.
/n
- Support plant leadership during audits, inspections, VIP visits, and major organizational events.
/n

Desired Candidate Profile

/n

/n
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred).
/n
- 12+ years of experience in administration within large industrial plants.
/n
- Mandatory experience in managing administration for power plants or other large manufacturing/industrial assets.
/n
- Proven experience in township administration and facility management.
/n
- Robust expertise in vendor management, contract administration,
