Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients across projects and ongoing requirements.
- Attend client meetings, understand briefs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.




- Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build robust, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and consistent service quality.
- Coordinate with creative, design, content, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track deliverables, timelines, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to current business initiatives.

Creative Research & Ideation
- Research global event, experiential marketing, brand engagement, and consumer trends.
- Bring fresh ideas, themes, formats, references, and concepts to pitches and client projects.
- Support brainstorming sessions with relevant research, mood boards, references, and creative inspiration.
- Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment
