About the Role

/n

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development to drive enterprise sales and business growth. This is a hunter role, responsible for acquiring current clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding 2gethr's presence in the managed office and flexible workspace market.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the corporate real estate ecosystem and experience selling managed office, coworking, or workplace solutions

Responsibilities

- Drive new client acquisition and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
/n
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, broker relationships, and market outreach.
/n




- Identify opportunities with Enterprise clients, GCCs, startups, and large corporates.
/n
- Develop relationships with Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Workplace, Administration, Procurement, HR, and CXO-level stakeholders.
/n
- Partner with IPCs, channel partners, consultants, brokers, and developers to generate qualified business opportunities.
/n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal submission, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
/n
- Conduct office tours, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
/n
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate lease terms in collaboration with internal teams.
/n
- Work closely with Operations, Design, Community, and Projects teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful account handover.
