Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.

• Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals and develop comprehensive plans to meet quarterly and annual targets.

• Identify new market segments, verticals, and geographic expansion opportunities.

/n

• Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and service offerings.

/n

• Establish key performance metrics and implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Team Building & Management:

/n

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

/n

• Recruit, train, and develop sales managers and individual contributors.

/n

• Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

/n

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to accelerate team growth.

/n

Revenue Growth & Business Development:

• Own the complete P&L; responsibility for the sales function.

/n

• Drive acquisition across corporate,



educational institutions, healthcare, and industrial segments.

/n

• Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of HungerBox's complete solution suite.

/n

• Build and manage relationships with strategic enterprise clients and key decision-makers.

/n

• Personally lead closure of high-value, complex deals with C-suite executives.

/n

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

/n

• Partner with marketing to develop demand generation strategies and lead nurturing programs.

/n

• Collaborate with product teams to communicate market needs and influence product roadmap.

/n

• Work closely with operations, food partners, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.

/n

• Represent sales in leadership discussions and strategic planning sessions.

/n

• Build solid relationships with external stakeholders including food partners and industry associations.
