Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead tele-

/n

counseling operations. This role requires a solid leader with proven experience in

/n

inside sales, tele sales, and team management, capable of driving conversions and

/n

improving the overall admissions funnel.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

Team Leadership & Management

/n

 Manage, lead, and motivate a team of 35–80 tele-counselors

/n

 Set clear targets and ensure consistent performance delivery

/n

 Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations

/n

 Drive team engagement and reduce attrition

/n

/n

Sales & Conversion Management

/n

 Drive admission conversions, revenue targets, and enrollment numbers

/n

 Handle inbound & outbound calling strategies for lead conversion

/n

 Ensure effective follow-ups and closure of prospective student leads

/n

 Optimize sales funnel, conversion ratios, and lead lifecycle management

/n

/n

Call Center Operations

/n

 Monitor daily calling activities,



productivity, and quality metrics

/n

 Manage dialer systems, lead allocation, and call distribution

/n

 Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and quality standards

/n

 Improve operational efficiency and turnaround time

/n

/n

Training & Development

/n

 Coach and mentor team members on sales skills, objection handling, and counseling

/n

techniques

/n

 Develop future team leaders within the team

/n

Data Analysis & Reporting

/n

 Track KPIs, conversion rates, revenue metrics, and team performance

/n

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

/n

 Use data insights to improve strategy and decision-making

/n
