Key Purpose of the Role:

- Financial Custodian of the organization
/n
- Strategic Business Partner to the Managing Director
/n
- Anchor for Investors, Bankers & Financial Institutions
/n
- Driver of Governance, Automation & Business Transformation
/n
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Accounting & Financial Control
/n
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
/n
- MIS & Business Reporting
/n
/n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
/n
- Proven experience in leading Finance & Accounts function of a listed entity
/n
- Strong exposure to manufacturing/process industry environment
/n
- Experience in export-oriented business is critical
/n
- Hands-on exposure to ERP/SAP HANA implementation and automation initiatives
/n
- Strong exposure to fund raising, treasury, forex management, taxation, and investor relations
