Senior Sales Consultant — Wedding & Event Décor

ABOUT THE ROLE

/n

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead décor sales for premium weddings and high-end events. The ideal candidate brings a background in interior design or visual styling — someone who translates a client's vision into a compelling aesthetic proposal and closes deals with confidence and elegance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

/n

/n
- Lead end-to-end sales for décor packages — inquiry to signed contract
/n
- Consult clients on theme, budget & aesthetics; present mood boards
/n
- Develop bespoke proposals: floral, lighting, linen & installations
/n




- Manage high-value accounts and drive referral-based business
/n
- Coordinate with design & ops teams on execution feasibility
/n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
/n
- Mentor junior sales executives and review client proposals
/n
- Stay current on wedding trends and luxury event styling
/n

/n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

/n

/n
- 5+ years in décor, event, or luxury retail sales
/n
- Degree or portfolio in interior / spatial design
/n
- Robust aesthetic sensibility across diverse styles
/n
- Proficiency in mood board tools (Canva, Adobe)
/n
- Excellent client-facing presentation skills
/n
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects
/n

GOOD TO HAVE

- Network of wedding planners & venues

- Experience in event planning or hospitality
