Job Description
- 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst in US Healthcare Provider side.
- Strong understanding of provider workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/analytics tools.
- Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements from clinical, admin, and IT stakeholders.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.).
- Familiarity with healthcare APIs such as GAPI and FHIR for interoperability.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting CMS, MACRA/MIPS, HEDIS.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL (basic/intermediate) for data analysis.
- Robust skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
- Experience in interacting with US clients via calls/meetings for requirement gathering, status updates, and presentations.
- Exposure to population health analytics and quality measure tracking is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
