Position Overview

The Apprentice General Administration will support day-to-day administrative and general affairs activities to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves assisting with front office tasks, housekeeping coordination, vendor support, and basic administrative duties.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, well-spoken, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a energetic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Support, soft services & Facility Coordination
- Assist in greeting and guiding employees, guests, and visitors.
- Support front desk operations including handling calls, emails, and

courier services.
- Help maintain visitor logs, vendor registers, and related

documentation.
- Coordinate with the building team for visitor gate passes and access

arrangements.
- Assist HR/Admin during onboarding activities (welcome kits, ID cards,

desk setup)
