Key Responsibilities

• Program Designing:

– Develop comprehensive incubation program curricular

– Design and implement start-up mentorship frameworks
/n
– Create evaluation metrics for startup progress and potential
/n
– Research and integrate global best practices in startup incubation
/n
• Collaborations:
/n
– Identify and engage potential strategic partners
/n
– Develop memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with academic institutions and industry leaders
/n
– Organize networking events and workshops for startups
/n
– Facilitate cross-sector collaborations and knowledge exchange
/n
• Startup Support:
/n
– Provide one-on-one mentorship and guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs
/n
– Assist startups in developing robust business models
/n
– Help startups access funding opportunities and investor networks
/n
– Support startup teams in strategic planning and market positioning
/n
– Support local entrepreneurship and skill development programs
/n

Qualifications
/n
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Preferred) in Technology, Engineering or related field
/n
• 5+ years of proven experience in startup ecosystem, program management, or entrepreneurship support
