We're Hiring: Sales Executive | SaaSFlex

SaaSFlex is a growing SaaS company building products that help businesses work smarter. Our flagship product, ClockFlex, is a scheduling and appointment management platform for professionals and businesses.

We're looking for a Sales Executive who is ready to take ownership, build customer relationships, generate sales, manage events, and grow with an early-stage startup.

/n

What You'll Do

/n

/n
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, WhatsApp and other channels
/n
- Identify and connect with B2B prospects
/n
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings and product demos
/n
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
/n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
/n
- Develop long-term customer relationships
/n
- Understand customer needs and present ClockFlex effectively
/n
- Plan and manage sales, networking and promotional events
/n
- Represent SaaSFlex and ClockFlex at industry events and meetings
/n
- Manage, coordinate and guide the sales team
/n
- Track sales activities,



targets and conversions
/n
- Share customer feedback and market insights with management
/n

/n

What We're Looking For

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
/n
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
/n
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales and field sales
/n
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and events
/n
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
/n
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
/n
- Ability to coordinate and manage a sales team
/n
- Good event planning and coordination skills
/n
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented
/n
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, creative and challenging startup workplace
/n
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
/n
- B2B/SaaS sales experience is a plus
/n

Education: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. / MBA or related field. Freshers are welcome to apply.
