Role: Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance) – Agency Channel

/n

What is the purpose of the role –

/n

/n
- Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments and onboard new POSP partners.
/n
- Service existing POSPs to drive Motor Insurance sales growth and achieve business targets.
/n
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure speedy and satisfactory resolution.
/n
- Coordinate with the InsuranceDekho HO Team for smooth execution of the sales and policy issuance process.
/n
- Conduct offline training and provide regular servicing and product support to POSPs.
/n
- Develop and maintain a strong local agent network.
/n
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business numbers.
/n
- Should be a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive the channel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.
/n
- Candidate should preferably be from an Insurance background, with hands-on experience in the agency channel of a General Insurance Company,Motor Insurance Company, or Insurance Brokerage Firm.
/n




- Manage relationships with customers and POSP partners.
/n
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Motor Insurance products.
/n
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and policy lifecycle.
/n
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Health Insurance customer and POSP base.
/n

- Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Awareness of Motor & General Insurance and a strong interest in sales.
/n
- Valuable understanding of Motor Insurance products
/n
- Experience from 1 year to 3 years in insurance sales/agency channel preferred.
/n
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard.
/n
- Proficiency and fluency in English, along with any other local language preferably.
/n
