About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.



The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, campaign optimization, and lead generation with a strong focus on achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools.
