Job Description
- Ability to face customer as AI expert, assisting in client consultations.
- - Own the solutioning process, Align AI projects with client requirements.
- - Drive the development of AI and ML solutions that address business problems.
- - Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to develop and integrate AI solutions.
- - Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI and ML solutions and ensure continuous improvement and optimization.
- - Design and develop AI/ML models to solve complex business problems using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques..
- - Build, train, and evaluate machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- - Establish and maintain best practices and standards for architecture, AI and ML models, innovation, and current technology evaluation.
- - Collaborate with software developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows
- - Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI models for real-time or batch inference.




- - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the COE, across teams and provide mentorship/guidance to the team members.
- - Implement responsible AI practices, including model explainability, fairness, bias detection, and compliance with ethical standards.
- - Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using tools like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or container-based deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)

Qualifications
- - 3+ years of experience in AI and ML projects.
- - Proven track record of delivering successful AI and ML solutions that address complex business problems.
- - Expertise in design, development, deployment and monitoring of AI ML solutions in production.
- - Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.
- - 1+ year experience in building Generative AI applications leveraging
