Job Title: Manager – Structures

Job Purpose

/n

Lead Structures, Sheet Metal, Composite Repair, and Aircraft Painting activities, ensuring structural integrity, regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Lead and monitor structural repairs, sheet metal, composite, corrosion control, and painting activities.
/n
- Ensure all work complies with approved maintenance data, AMM, SRM, CMM, DGCA and company requirements.
/n
- Conduct inspections to identify structural damage, corrosion, and paint deterioration and ensure timely rectification.
/n
- Ensure approved parts, materials, consumables, tools, and equipment are used.
/n
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Quality, MCC, vendors, and repair agencies for timely maintenance execution.
/n
- Manage manpower, shift planning, competency assessments, training, and performance of Structures, Composite,



and Painting teams.
/n
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
/n
- Monitor repeat defects, audit findings, maintenance turnaround, and aircraft availability.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 10+2 (PCM) or equivalent with AME training from a DGCA-approved institute.
/n
- Valid DGCA AME License with relevant aircraft type rating/company authorization.
/n
- Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Aircraft Structures, Sheet Metal, Composite Repair, and Painting.
/n
- Experience on transport-category aircraft in a scheduled airline or MRO.
/n
- Preferably 10+ years on A320 Family and/or 8+ years on B777/B787.
/n
- Robust knowledge of structural repair practices, AMM/SRM/CMM, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
/n
- Proven team leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
/n
