Veedol – Production Operator (Blending & Filling)

Job Purpose

/n

To safely operate grease process, blending and filling operations, ensuring products are blended, filled, packed, and meet quality and production requirements.

/n

Blending Operations

/n

/n
- Receive and verify base oils and additives as per production schedule.
/n
- Charge raw materials into blending tanks according to approved formulations.
/n
- Operate mixers, pumps, valves, and blending equipment.
/n
- Monitor blending parameters such as temperature, mixing time, and batch quantity.
/n
- Take samples and coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for testing.
/n
- Ensure finished blends meet quality specifications before transfer.
/n

/n

Filling Operations

/n

/n
- Operate lubricant filling machines for bottles, pails, drums, and other containers.
/n
- Set up filling lines and adjust machine settings as required.
/n
- Monitor filling accuracy, labeling, sealing, and packing activities.
/n
- Ensure correct product and batch details are used during filling.




/n
- Maintain production records and batch documentation.
/n

/n

Safety & Housekeeping

/n

/n
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and PPE requirements.
/n
- Maintain clean and organized work areas as per 5S standards.
/n

/n

Documentation

/n

/n
- Record production data, material consumption, batch numbers, and downtime.
/n
- Complete shift reports accurately and on time.
/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

/n
- ITI (Technical Trade) / Diploma in Engineering.
/n
- Freshers can also apply.
/n
- Basic knowledge of pumps, tanks, valves, and filling machines will be an added advantage.
/n

/n

Working Conditions

/n

/n
- Work in shifts as per production requirements.
/n
- Requires lifting materials and working near blending and filling equipment.
/n
