The role One source of truth across a growing portfolio. You will build the PMO that governs how every venture in the group is planned, delivered, and launched — and keep the founder's view of the portfolio accurate at all times.

What you will do

/n
- Establish the group PMO: standards, templates, tools, and reporting used across all ventures
/n
- Run portfolio governance: stage-gate reviews, launch-readiness checks, and escalation paths
/n
- Maintain the single view of progress, risks, dependencies, and resourcing across all programs
/n
- Produce executive and board reporting on portfolio delivery
/n
- Coach program managers and venture teams on delivery discipline
/n
- Administer the delivery toolchain (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent)
/n

/n

What you have done

/n

/n
- 7–10 years in PMO,



portfolio management, or program governance roles across multi-project environments
/n
- Set up or substantially rebuilt a PMO — frameworks, cadences, reporting — rather than only operating one
/n
- Governed portfolios with competing priorities and C-level stakeholders
/n
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification preferred
/n

/n

Valuable to have: Consulting delivery background; launch or transformation programs; conglomerate or multi-business-unit exposure.
