We are seeking a highly experienced UX Designer with 15-20 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of UX design principles, research techniques, and user-centered design methodologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design process, from conceptualization to final product delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and solve complex design problems
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Ensure that all designs are accessible, scalable, and adhere to industry standards and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field




- 15-20 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
- Robust understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including design thinking and agile development
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including moderating user testing sessions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detail
- Experience leading and mentoring other designers on the team
