Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership
- Define and drive the agency's creative vision and standards.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire creative thinking.
- Ensure every project aligns with strategic objectives and brand positioning.
- Deliver award-worthy creative solutions across branding, advertising, packaging, and digital media.
- Encourage experimentation while maintaining commercial viability.

2. Branding Strategy
- Lead brand identity development from research to execution.
- Guide naming, positioning, messaging, and visual identity systems.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Review and approve logos, brand guidelines, typography, color systems, and visual language.

3. Packaging Design Leadership
- Direct premium packaging concepts for FMCG, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, retail, and luxury brands.
- Ensure packaging balances aesthetics, functionality, production feasibility, and consumer appeal.
- Collaborate with production teams and vendors for material selection, print techniques, and finishing.

- Handle feedback professionally while maintaining creative integrity.

6. Team Leadership & People Development
