Job Description
- Support Clarion performance analytics team with AuM and performance reporting for a high growth open-end and closed end real estate product line.
- Liaison between fund administrators and US based parent company to facilitate productive data transfer to CP US systems.
- Transition Europe funds to CP US systems.
- Support capital raise and client services, including bespoke reporting, preparing recurring marketing materials, RFP, RFI and due diligence information requests.
- Support Investor and consultant data needs by updating databases containing performance and operations data for our product line.
- Collaborate with a variety of departments, including research, accounting, asset management and portfolio management teams.
- Assist with special projects and other business initiatives as needed #ASSOCIATE

What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful
- Bachelor s degree with major in accounting, finance, mathematics, or economics. Accounting background strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years direct experience as an accountant,



finance analyst in one or more of the following areas: public accounting, real estate or alternative investment management, fund services/administration, investment consulting, pension plan sponsor.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Familiarity with relational database and visualizations tools including SQL server, Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate should be detail oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work overtime during quarterly reporting and special projects.
- Ability to interface professionally with individuals throughout various departments in the firm as well as third party firms, partners, and industry leaders.
- Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, proactive attitude and have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
