Backed by strong global principal partnerships and a reputation for technical expertise, the organization serves leading FMCG and food processing companies across India.

Job Description
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets within the Food & Nutrition business.
- Develop and execute business development strategies across the western market.
- Identify, engage, and convert recent customers within food manufacturing and processing industries.
- Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, including leading FMCG and food brands.
- Work closely with customers to understand ingredient requirements and application opportunities.
- Promote a portfolio including cocoa products, whey protein concentrates, starches, preservatives, and sugar-reduction solutions.




- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments to identify growth areas.
- Collaborate with technical, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Monitor collections and ensure adherence to commercial terms and profitability expectations.
- Maintain sales pipeline visibility, customer interactions, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen market presence.
- Undertake extensive customer travel across assigned territories and maintain regular client engagement.
- Provide periodic sales forecasts, business reviews, and growth plans to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience within Food Ingredients, Nutrition I
