Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Leader with extensive expertise in SAP/ERP, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing IT. The ideal candidate will have significant plant-level exposure and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- ERP & SAP Management: Oversee SAP/ERP systems, including HANA/BTP, ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance.
- Plant IT Operations: Manage IT infrastructure and systems across manufacturing plants, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Digital Transformation: Lead digital initiatives, cloud adoption, and technology upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integration & Innovation:



Drive system integrations, process automation, and adoption of advanced technologies across functions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead IT teams, fostering innovation, performance excellence, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, including 10+ years of manufacturing plant exposure.
- Solid expertise in SAP/ERP, HANA/BTP, cloud, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in the sugar industry or manufacturing domain is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing IT transformations and system integrations.
