Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Motor claims operations at the state level, including claim frequency and severity, TAT, settlement ratio, claim size, loss ratio, and end-to-end payment and reserve approvals.
/n
- Maintain robust relationships with channel partners, dealers, repairers, and ensure availability of skilled regional manpower while addressing claim issues with corrective actions.
/n
- Conduct regular state-level and high-aging claim reviews, initiate IFCU investigations for admissibility and fraud, and manage approvals for high-value and repudiation cases.
/n
- Drive claims data analysis for effective claim management and loss minimization, ensuring efficient team performance and timely settlements through stakeholder coordination.
/n
- Ensure overall claims process excellence through continuous improvement,



legal and regulatory compliance, fair customer treatment, effective open-file reviews, and regular risk reporting to the Insurance department.

Qualifications

/n

Diploma or Degree Automobile engineering / Diploma or Degree Mechanical

/n

engineering with experience from automobile workshop / motor insurance claim handling.

/n

Required Skills

/n

Hands-on experience in automotive accident repairs and insurance claims management,

/n

strong knowledge of company policies, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, robust data analysis

/n

and modeling capability, a logical problem-solving approach, and excellent written and verbal

/n

communication skills.
